Ardh Collective's, journey began as a series of university projects where they experimented with utilizing local waste resources such as date seeds and desert sand. Their innovative solutions were exhibited as part of the Global Grad Show, and with the support of A.R.M Holding, they were able to develop a business plan and go-to-market strategy through their mentorship network. In 2021, they launched DATEFORM, a wing of solutions that utilizes date seeds to create solid surface materials. During Dubai Design Week 2022, they unveiled their wider catalog of solutions, including RAMEL, a desert sand-based concrete, and NEAR, a palm leaf-based vegan leather.
