Budapest represents a strong center in commerce, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment in Hungary. It’s is characterized by diverse industry players with an emerging sector of light industries such as textile, paper, wood, and crafts. Our aim is to support the local creative community by making the emerging creative hub of Budapest more accessible and visible globally.
Make Works Catalonia is situated at Fab Lab Barcelona and is part of two European projects; CENTRINNO and Distributed Design. At Fab Lab Barcelona we host the coordination of Make Works while simultaneously exploring our own manufacturing capacity within the neighbourhood Poblenou, Barcelona. (CAST) Make Works Cataluña está localizado en el Fab Lab Barcelona y es parte de dos proyectos europeos; CENTRINNO y Distributed Design. At Make Works Derby & Derbyshire we are driven by the bespoke, forward-thinking making and manufacturing happening on our doorstep, and are driven by co-producing opportunities to build connections, share knowledge and support growth within our region. By working collaboratively with local companies, professional film maker Andy Taylor-Smith, and Derby Museums staff and volunteers we aim to build these networks and promote change through our Make Works region.

Make Works Iceland is situated at Fab Lab Vestmannaeyjar Iceland in the Knowledge Center of Vestmannaeyjar and is part of the European project Distributed Design. At Fab Lab Vestmannaeyjar Iceland we host the coordination of Make Works Iceland and Fab Lab Iceland network.
Make Works Milan aims to develop an inclusive, circular and productive ecosystem together with the community of manufacturers, makers and creatives. To make Make Works Milan we partnered up with Nema, BASE Milano, and other network members to showcase the potential productivity and creativity of Milan.
For Make Works Paris, we focus on collaborative processes between actors, and how the workshops are success stories but also methods to duplicate anywhere else or to adapt by combining them with other manufacturing actors, and inventing new economies.
In Scotland, we support local networks and communities to use Make Works. We raise awareness of the skills, knowledge and capability of local manufacturers, fabricators and makers to shift the perception of manufacturing, design, craft, making and repair in Scotland. We work alongside manufacturers and makers to share their work and support our local economy.
Vienna is a place where traditional craftsmanship and innovation meet. Where you find factories that seem to have fallen out of time, but also the newest technologies for prototyping.
