Complementing our manufacturing capabilities, Naj Academy offers professional fashion education, equipping aspiring designers with practical skills in fashion design, pattern making, sewing, styling, and business mentorship. Together, we provide a unique ecosystem where creative ideas can be developed, refined, and brought to market through both expert training and professional production. NAJ Group began as Naj Tags, a garment production workshop founded by Nerveen Al Jabban after recognising the lack of high-quality manufacturing facilities available to fashion students and emerging designers. With more than 16 years of experience in the fashion industry, Nerveen had already established NAJ Academy in 2019, where she has since trained over 200 aspiring fashion professionals through specialised programmes and created the Fashion Leadership Program, the first of its kind in the Arab world. As the demand for both education and professional production grew, Naj Tags evolved into NAJ Group, bringing together fashion education and garment manufacturing under one organisation. Today, NAJ Group supports designers and brands by providing the skills, mentorship, and production capabilities needed to develop collections from concept to finished garments.
