We provide building maintenance and technical services across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and interior repair works. We specialise in office and villa partitions (gypsum and glass), carpentry maintenance and wood panel replacement, tiling, painting, and flooring. We also handle plumbing works including water supply and drainage systems for both existing buildings and under-construction projects. Our team supports refurbishment and repair works such as kitchen cabinet installation, marble and granite countertop fitting, and general interior fixes. We work closely with property owners, offices, and contractors to deliver practical, efficient solutions for small to mid-scale projects, adapting to site requirements and coordinating with other teams when needed.
Guild Elite was founded in 2018 by Baiju K Jose , following nearly two decades of experience in facilities maintenance and technical services. Originally trained in electronics, he began his career in Abu Dhabi, working within the engineering team at Holiday Inn, where he progressed from technician to supervisor over nine years. He later joined Emirates Airlines as a maintenance coordinator, managing facilities across office buildings and staff accommodation for another nine years. After leaving Emirates, and drawing on his technical expertise and hands-on industry knowledge, he established Guild Elite as a small, independent business. Starting with maintenance contracts, the company built its client base through direct relationships with property owners, offices, and facility teams, including Sentinel Business Center and private villa landlords in communities such as Emaar , Arabian Ranches and Albarari. Over time, Guild Elite expanded its scope to include small-scale project work, recently undertaking plumbing installations for under-construction buildings through contractor networks. Operating with a compact team and a flexible approach, they continue to focus on reliable maintenance services and practical on-site solutions across Dubai.
