Everything you need to know about the new design of Make Works

We've updated Make Works to bring you an easier factory finding experience.

Here are the top 5 new features

1. Faster contacts to factories

We can’t stand filling in contact forms, so why would anybody else enjoy it? We've refined the functionality of how you can contact a factory by giving each listing a direct email address that you can copy and paste into your own email. Check out an example here.

2. Even more photographs

We watched people keep trying to click to see more images on our listings pages. We already take so many beautiful photographs at each factory, so have expanded the galleries so that you can now view even more.  Take a look at an example here.

3. Save for later

We know that many of you use Make Works in those deadline moments of  ‘I need to make this now’; but many of you also use it to get inspired for a new project, or scoping out what you could be making. We’ve added a save for later function, so that you can browse away, save your favourites and come back when the time is right. Check out the save for later here

4. Map

Place is pretty important when it comes to finding local manufacturers. After countless requests, we have now implemented a map. Have a look at the new map here

5. New blog

Articles? Production Guides? Blog posts? We’ve got rid of the confusion and put all of our resources together in the one blog. Have a browse to find manufacturing inspiration and to learn about making and materials. Have a look at our new blog.
