Video: Make Works visits Sharon Kirby in Edinburgh
Whilst studying Furniture at Adam Smith College, Sharon learned the life of a traditional wood workshop and the beauty of a cast iron classic machine working with Chris Holmes and those that passed through Gogar Cabinet Works in Edinburgh. Since then Sharon’s work has included working for joinery businesses, building props and sets at Edinburgh Dungeons, producing window displays and becoming a well know Handymanlady in Edinburgh. Sharon now runs her own business and alongside her own range of products she works to commission.
