History

After three years making innovative drinks in different bakeries in Barcelona, we have decided to have our own space. It is a place in our image: a perfect hybrid between urban bakery, gastronomic laboratory and fermentation school. The LOV Factory is located in the middle of the industrial revolution, in the magical neighborhood of Poblenou or more recently in the dynamic "22@". Located 3 minutes walk from the metro stations Marina or Bogatell and close to the emblematic Arc de Triomphe, it is the perfect place to get started in the world of fermented beverages. Between the production of new generation fermented beverages, introductory workshops and training for professionals, the LOV Factory is transformed into a theater of gastronomic experiences where fermentation is the protagonist. We are waiting for you.
