History

ENGLISH: I was born in Argentina, in a family with many artistic curiosities. Since I was a child I observed with special admiration artisans’ work; and at an early age, I began to learn the jeweler's trade. Years later, I continued my jewelry studies in Barcelona, the city that welcomes me today, where I continue my training and from where I work in a multidisciplinary space in the beautiful neighborhood of Poblenou, La Clandestina / Oasis Creativo BCN. I look for inspiration in the urban environment, music, architecture, movement, images, photography as well as in the natural environment— an inevitable dichotomy when living in a modern city that borders with particularly beautiful nature; the sea, train rides observing the mediterranean, the mountains and its rivers— and finally, in the exchange that arises with different artists with whom I live day by day. In short, everything sensorial connects me and transmits emotions and keeps my spirit creative, inquisitive and curious. ESPAÑOL: Nací en Argentina, en una familia con muchas curiosidades artísticas. Desde pequeña observaba con especial admiración el trabajo artesanal; y a temprana edad comencé a aprender el oficio de joyera. Años más tarde, seguí mis estudios de joyería en Barcelona, ciudad que me acoge actualmente, en la cual me sigo formando y desde donde trabajo en un espacio multidisciplinar en el hermoso barrio de Poblenou, La Clandestina / Oasis Creativo BCN. Busco inspiración en el entorno urbano, en la música, la arquitectura, el movimiento, las imágenes, la fotografía así como en el medio natural; dicotomía inevitable al vivir en una ciudad moderna que colinda con una naturaleza especialmente hermosa; el mar, los viajes en tren observando el Mediterraneo, las montañas y sus ríos. Finalmente en el intercambio que surge con diferentes artistas con los que convivo día a día. En definitiva, todo lo que sensorialmente me conecta y me trasmite emociones y me mantiene el espíritu creativo, inquieto y curioso.
