Leather Studio was established by Ralph Salem, whose family has worked in leather manufacturing for generations through their tannery in Beirut. Having worked in the family business since 2012, Ralph developed hands-on expertise across every stage of leather production, from raw hide processing through to finishing. He established Leather Studio in the UAE to create a reliable regional production base dedicated to leather finishing, allowing customers to access bespoke colours, textures, and finishes without the logistical challenges of overseas manufacturing. Today, the company combines generations of tanning knowledge with local finishing capabilities, supplying genuine leather to footwear manufacturers, interior designers, furniture makers, product designers, and emerging brands across the region.
