Make Works Sweden is based in Borås, and has been a region since 2017. Welcome to our region!

Make Works Sweden is based in Borås and run through Nordiska Textilakademin by Alex E Melum Heino and Christian Lundell. The team, together with Ida Melum Heino, regularly visit, film and photograph factories, workshops and studios across the country. 

Sweden became a Make Works region in October 2017. The first 11 manufacturers were visited over the course of a two week road trip. Make Works Sweden is currently in development and will be updated frequently. During this time the site will be running as usual and will have new listings and information added continuously.
