Production details
The Brasserie de l’Être works with neo-hop-growers who want to reinstate forgotten hops with specific gustative properties, but also with groups of organic farmers to create new organic malted-barley sector.
The co-products are treated with partners as Ramen tes Drêches for the grains, Brewsticks and Les Alchimistes. The yeasts which are very proteinaceous are offered to beekeepers to feed the bees at the end of the winter.
Each year, the brewery produces 1500 hectolitres of beer.
