Production details

The activity of the foodlab allows for multiple and diverse meetings, within many and varied communities (makers, entrepreneurs, environment…) To work with the foodlab, you must be the bearer of certain values around food, and be the bearer of an individual project that calls for sharing and meeting. The foodlab can produce around 300 meals per service. The latest record is 500 meals. Within the framework of privatizations for workshops, the foodlab can welcom between 15 and 20 participants.

History

The Foodlab is located in Volumes Lab where we also find a makerspace and a coworking space. Shared kitchens are intended for project leaders who are developing an activity around food. Privatizations are geared towards companies or associations, and for training they are aimed at different profiles who want to learn about food. Today the foodlab works with independents, entrepreneurs, companies, associations and collectivities. The foodlab is unique for two reasons. First, part of its activity is dedicated to supporting social-sounding projects. Then it fits into a much larger space, in contact of other activities, other communities and other projects leaders.
